Effective Date: September 1, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Path Escape (“the App”) handles information when you use the game.
Developer: RookMint Studios
App: Path Escape
Android package name: com.RookMintStudios.PathEscape
Path Escape does not require users to create an account.
Path Escape does not intentionally collect personal information such as:
Path Escape displays advertisements through Google AdMob. When ads are shown or loaded, Google and its advertising partners may automatically collect information such as:
This information is used by Google and its partners to deliver, measure, and improve advertising, including to show relevant ads, limit ad frequency, detect fraud, and comply with legal requirements. Path Escape does not receive or store this advertising data on its own servers.
For more information about how Google uses data in advertising, see Google’s Privacy Policy and How Google uses data when you use our partners’ sites or apps.
The current version of Path Escape does not use Firebase for analytics, crash reporting, or other user-data collection.
Path Escape stores game progress and preferences locally on your device so that the game can provide its features.
This may include:
This information is used to provide gameplay, save progress, maintain preferences, and provide progression and reward features.
The current version of Path Escape does not require a user account or a Path Escape online account to store this gameplay progress.
Path Escape is designed so that core gameplay can be played offline, including levels, progress, coins, themes, hints, daily/weekly gameplay features, and settings.
However, advertising requires an Internet connection. When you are online, the App may connect to Google AdMob and related services to load and display ads. The Android application includes Internet access permission for this purpose and for compatibility with the Android/Unity environment.
Path Escape does not intentionally transmit the locally stored gameplay information described in Section 2 to a Path Escape server.
Path Escape uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to show advertisements.
The App may show:
Rewarded ads are voluntary. You can decline them and continue using other parts of the App.
Ads are served by Google AdMob. Google may share data with advertising partners as described in Google’s policies. Path Escape does not control the content of third-party ads or the data practices of third-party advertisers beyond what is configured through AdMob.
Depending on your device and region, you may be able to:
Limiting ad personalization may not eliminate ads; you may still see non-personalized ads.
The current version of Path Escape does not have an enabled in-app purchase system.
Coins, themes, hints, and other current game features are provided through the game's existing gameplay and reward systems.
If in-app purchases are introduced in a future version, this Privacy Policy will be updated as necessary.
Path Escape uses the following third-party services:
| Service | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) | Display interstitial and rewarded advertisements |
| Unity | Game engine and standard platform functionality |
Firebase-related code may exist in the project source, but Firebase is not enabled or used for data collection in the current released version of Path Escape.
Path Escape does not sell your personal information.
Path Escape does not intentionally share locally stored gameplay data with third parties. However, when ads are shown, Google AdMob and its advertising partners may collect and process information as described in Section 1 and Section 4, in accordance with Google’s policies.
The App does not provide:
Path Escape does not intentionally collect personal information from children.
The App does not provide chat, direct messaging, social networking, or user-generated-content functionality.
The App's target audience and content rating are declared separately through Google Play Console.
Because the App shows ads through Google AdMob, advertising data practices described in this Privacy Policy also apply. Parents and guardians should review device-level ad and privacy settings if the App is used by minors.
Path Escape does not currently maintain user accounts or a server-side database containing users' local gameplay progress.
Because gameplay information is stored locally on the user's device, the security of that information also depends on the security of the user's device and operating system.
Data processed by Google AdMob is handled according to Google’s security practices.
Path Escape does not currently maintain a server-side user account or personal-data profile.
Local game progress may remain on the device until the user clears the application's data, resets the game, or uninstalls the application, depending on the device and Android operating system.
Advertising data collected by Google and its partners is retained according to Google’s policies. You can manage or reset your advertising identifier through your device settings.
Because the current version does not provide user accounts or maintain server-side personal data, there is no separate account-deletion process for the current version.
If you use Path Escape outside your home country, information processed through Google AdMob may be transferred to and processed in countries where Google or its partners operate, including the United States. Google describes its international data practices in its privacy policy.
We may update this Privacy Policy if the App's features, services, data practices, or applicable legal or platform requirements change.
When changes are made, the updated Privacy Policy will include a revised effective date.
